Universitas Bunda Mulia

On June 13th 2011, I moved to my new job at Universitas Bunda Mulia as a "Monitoring and Evaluation Data Coordinator" basically my job is handling the internal survey for the campus from students, lecturers, and among the staff; and handling the epsbed and campus accreditation, i just monitoring all my employees.

By the way I have 2 employees and they all male (Pak Gusti and Michael).
I place in the QA division (Quality Assurance Department), and the manager is Tri Juniarty, the Head of QA is Hastanti Retno (Bu Dewi), QA divide into 2 part; QC (quality control) the coordinator is Yuli, she has 1 employee Yana; and the other division is Monev, the coordinator is me, I have 2 employees Pak Gusti and Michael

I just heard this morning from Bu Dew that Michael want to resign, the last day for him at 26th August 2011 :( i really kinda sad 'cause he can easily talk to and can share ideas with him.
